This year we participated in a range of different events locally, including Danescourt Primary school summer fayre where we sponsored the girl’s netball kits and they were all so appreciative and loved our green balloons!
We were also lucky to be able to be Rhiwbeina primary schools main sponsor for their Christmas Fayre. Our team all went down to the school with our green balloons and sweets ready to host a game of spin the wheel for the kids. We all really enjoyed participating in this event and look forward to many more.
We went and joined the Llandaff community on the green for their summer carnival, we did a range of activities for the adults and kids from free prosecco to face mask colouring.
Of course, we bought our sweets and green balloons along which were a hit.
Whitchurch Fire Station hosts an annual fireworks night where we go and make teas and coffees give out balloons and sweets.
The most recent event we attended was the Rhiwbina light switch on, we were the main sponsor of the stage and had Santa himself here as a special guest. We had Santa, snow, balloons, sweets and turned the office into Santa’s post office! The kids came in and wrote letters to Santa and he’s let us know he’ll be delivery letters back out to the kids before Christmas.
As a team we really enjoy the opportunity to give back to the community by sponsoring and helping at local events.
