Under our AML duties we are required by Law to carry out AML checks on our Vendors, Landlords and Buyers before we can enter into a contract. We use a third party to carry out these checks and the cost for this service is £54.00 per applicant. We offer this service free to our Vendors and Landlords as part of our service package to them.
